Prototype 2
Good evening people, its Saturday which means it is time for a review by Boo*m. Today i will be reviewing  on the game Prototype 2.The game is an Action-Adventure, Open world genre that continues the story from the first Prototype game. This time, it features a new protagonist, James Heller. After the outbreak of the Blacklight virus, Sergeant Heller's family was killed during that period. Heller was devastated and decided to go on a suicide mission find and kill Alex Mercer(The main protagonist in the first Prototype series), the one who released the virus. But events start to turn when Alex infected Heller with his virus, infusing him with similar superpowers as himself. "Murder your Maker." It was recently released for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 on the 24th of April. However, the PC version has yet been released but the release date is just a few days away! PC version release Date: North America: July 24, 2012 Europe: July 27,2012 I played the first prototype a few years back and tried this recently. I would say that the game still has the original prototype feel which means the changes are not major. But there are quite a few new changes too, just to name a few. Firstly, the whole setting of the game have become much richer than the first game and the three zones - red, yellow and green can be distinguished easier. Next, there are two new monsters, the Goliath and Spiked Brawlers because of the evolution of the virus. There are two new abilities, the tendril power and Biobomb. The tendril power replaced the ability 'MuscleMass' from the first series and the Biobomb can be used to cause large scale destruction. Many other stuffs have also been improved substantially. The shape-shifting and consuming abilities was not taken out. So basically the abilities and forms are still the same except for a few minor changes!
